Purpose
The foundation's purpose is to provide help, from a Christian conviction, in every possible way, to widows, orphans, and people and groups in need, both in the Netherlands and worldwide. In addition, it carries out all further actions that relate to this in the broadest sense or may be conducive to it.
The foundation seeks to achieve its purpose by supporting and deploying missionaries, mission organisations, people, money, materials, education or other resources.
Remuneration policy
Board members receive no payment for their work. Volunteers give their time to the foundation's work without pay.
Activities carried out
Stichting Dienstbaar supports missionaries and mission projects worldwide with education, materials, services and funds. It works together with several organisations in the areas of poverty relief, shelter, education, and the sponsorship of orphans and missionaries.

How income is obtained
- Collections: collections may be held during gatherings to cover expenses.
- Standing authorisations: participants can become a friend and have an amount collected yearly, quarterly or monthly.
- Gifts: a gift can easily be given through the donation page or by bank transfer.
