Introductions

My name is Dimitri van Wijk, I am 43
and I was baptised three years ago.
Since then I have seen many of Jesus' miracles. I have experienced many deliverances, including from my alcohol addiction, which was gone after one prayer. I would love to share my testimony with people, and it is Jesus' command to proclaim the gospel.
With this I want to step out in faith and grow closer to Jesus. I look forward to what He is going to do through me.

My name is Donné Tins, I am 30 years old and I come from Culemborg. This year will be my second trip with Stichting Dienstbaar. On the first trip I was very grateful and honoured to be able to serve others; Marien helps you wonderfully to step out in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. This year I expect healings and deliverances to take place, and the people of the Dominican Republic to be filled with the Holy Spirit to do the same works the Lord Jesus did on earth, and to be released into that. I am looking forward to the testimonies that will follow. Thank you, Lord🙌🏽

I am Jeroen and I am 29. This is my first mission trip. I was brought up as a Christian from childhood, so I have really had a relationship with Jesus all my life. It is something that feels quite normal to me. Motivation: I am going on this trip to be a blessing to others: to give attention to the people and children who need it, to encourage them and help them onto the right path. And although I may not have anything special to offer, God can use me through the smallest things to make a world of difference there. Expectation: this is the very first time I am going on a mission trip, and also the first time I am going to such a faraway country. So I do not really know what to expect. But besides discovering a new country and culture, I hope to be able to show the difference between how the world and how God looks at these people.
