Bibles for the prisoners
Wednesday
Still a lot to arrange before we go to the capital for the last time. We stopped by the prison to bring more Bibles, which had been asked for. There is a hunger for more teaching, not only in the prison but outside it too.
We met a pastor who has been locked up for 15 years. He was so happy to see us again and kept on hugging us and thanking us.
In the afternoon to the children's church. All the children came wearing their colour bracelets, and they went over what they had learned last week about the colours and the gospel.
In the evening an evangelism campaign on a volleyball court in the neighbourhood. A car with big speakers drives through the neighbourhood to announce it; you can hear it from far away. Dominican style, we started an hour and a half late :) It was the first evening of three and about 120 people came.
